This tear-resistant ripstop nylon, also known as silnylon, with silicone coating is not only waterproof (3000mm), but also increases the wear resistance of the fabric, very suitable for making tents, tarps, rain capes, camping and ultra-light rainproof . The two-sided, one-piece, two-layer silicone coating makes the fabric waterproof and extremely tear-resistant, while maintaining a low weight, especially for the bottom of a tent that is subject to a lot of friction.

The Ripstop Silnylon Fabric stretches when wet, making it ideal for use in all weather conditions. Plus, it’s quick-drying, non-stretchy, and wind-resistant, making it a versatile choice for any outdoor gear.

Please note that the silicone coating enhances the UV resistance of the fabric, but due to the thinness of the fabric, it is not suitable for long-term use in direct sunlight.
